Better access to active services

From Cornelius Rosse I am stuck by not being to able to access the browser. I go into the SIG or FMA site/Projects and click on Browser 2 or Browser 1 in the list of the projects, each of which is listed as ‘Active’ and ‘Working’ and I get a small image of the browser which is inactive and will not open up. I am stuck with it. What am I missing?
