Setup SSH

OpenSSH was already installed on both synapse and my Mac. I followed these instructions to set it up to allow no password for logins. https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SSH/OpenSSH/Keys. To keep from asking for passphrase checkout ssh-keygen -p.
