WIRM-related applications

The Web Interfacing Repository Manager (WIRM) was created by Rex Jakobovits for his PhD CS thesis. WIRM consists of a set of core functionality and any number of specific repositories. Prior to migration wirm related applications are running on sphenoid:/usr/local/databases/wirm.
