This is a partial port of Trond Nilsen's Anatomy Engine code, which was running at http://ethmoid2.biostr.washington.edu:8080/SIG-SceneGen. There are several components to the Anatomy Engine demo:
1. Scene Builder
2. Data Visualizer
3. Anatomy Explorer
4. Tutoring related components.
Query Integrator. This was running on xiphoid.biostr.washington.edu:8080/QI.
Query database: axon:/var/lib/pgsql/backups/QueryManagerDB - also ported to synapse
Contacted several webservices, mostly on axon, but also on other machines. Many of these are loosely documented in Projects/QueryIntegrator/2019. Needs much more documentation.
