Correct URL now shown on Digital Anatomist atlas pages

From the very beginning of these atlases (1995), whenever a user clicked on a page in the DA atlases, a URL including the cgi program imageform appeared in the browser address box. This was not the actual URL of the displayed page, so when users tried to bookmark the page, an error resulted. To deal with this each page had a button to "Retrieve URL for this page", which resulted in the correct URL appearing in the browser page, but the user had to click the button. Now the correct URL appears right away, so there is no longer a need for the "Retrieve URL for this page" button. Fixed with the help of Claude.
