AnnoteImage includes integrated\r\nsupport to search or browse for official class names from the \u003Ca\r\nhref=\u0022http:\/\/fma.biostr.washington.edu\u0022\u003EFMA Ontology\u003C\/a\u003E using\r\n\u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/protege.stanford.edu\u0022\u003EProt\u0026eacute;g\u0026eacute;\u003C\/a\u003E.\r\nAnnoteImage with integrated support for the FMA is available from the \u003Ca\r\nhref=\u0022http:\/\/sig.biostr.washington.edu\/products\/downloads\/\u0022\u003ESIG\r\ndownloads page\u003C\/a\u003E.\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\r\nHowever, this requires a local copy of the FMA, so recently as part of our\r\n\u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/sig.biostr.washington.edu\/projects\/ontviews\/\u0022\u003EOntology Views \r\nProject\u003C\/a\u003E we have developed an experimental version of AnnoteImage that \r\ninstead queries a Semantic Web Service without the need for end users to \r\nwrite queries. This is also simpler for end users who do not need to worry\r\nabout installing or configuring the FMA.
